Creating Sophisticated Experiences
The Conway Room is TFB Hospitality’s intimate, second-floor private event space in the heart of downtown Lancaster—created for gatherings that feel elevated, personal, and effortless. Located in the historic Scheid, Sayers & Sweeton Men’s Clothing Store building (built in 1908), it pairs a warm, moody atmosphere with chef-driven menus, inspired cocktails, and thoughtful hospitality. Primarily reserved for private events, The Conway Room also hosts occasional ticketed experiences designed to make a night out feel truly special.

Wilson Lopez, Executive Chef
At the helm of The Conway Room’s kitchen is Executive Chef Wilson Lopez, whose creativity, precision, and respect for seasonal ingredients shape every dish on the menu.
Chef Lopez has been part of the TFB Hospitality family for nearly two years, first earning recognition at Per Diem in Lititz for his thoughtful approach to modern American cuisine. Now leading the culinary program at Conway, he brings that same passion and artistry to an elevated, small-plate-focused experience.
Blending refined technique with approachable elegance, Chef Lopez’s cooking is perfectly suited to Conway’s intimate, curated atmosphere—inviting guests to explore his vision, one plate at a time.
Kevin, Study Hall Bar Lead
Over the past two decades, Kevin has had the privilege of working alongside some of the industry's most talented professionals, drawing inspiration from their creativity, knowledge, and passion for hospitality. The relationships he's built—on both sides of the bar—continue to shape his approach and fuel his dedication to the craft.
His career has spanned country clubs, hotels, neighborhood bars, fine dining restaurants, and both independent and corporate establishments. Each experience has strengthened his belief that there's always something new to learn and another opportunity to grow.
As the Bar Lead for Study Hall, Kevin brings that passion for education and hospitality to every event, creating engaging experiences that invite guests to explore the stories, techniques, and craftsmanship behind great cocktails—one drink at a time.
