Explore the drinks, techniques, and traditions that shaped the American bar before Prohibition, featuring historic recipes, classic cocktail styles, and the stories behind them.
Throughout the evening, you'll sip your way through cocktail history, learn how these early drinks were crafted, and have the opportunity to get hands-on by building a cocktail of your own.
The experience also includes a selection of refined, tavern-inspired canapés, from smoked trout deviled eggs to tea sandwiches, alongside other classic bites designed to complement the evening.
An interactive element and a little mystery round out the experience, creating an evening inspired by the atmosphere of old-school drinking establishments.

Study Hall is an interactive cocktail experience designed for curious drinkers, food lovers, and anyone who enjoys learning through flavor. Each event centers around a unique theme—exploring the history, culture, techniques, and ingredients behind iconic cocktails and spirits from around the world.
Throughout the evening, guests will sip through thoughtfully curated cocktails while enjoying themed bites and food pairings created to complement the experience. Along the way, our team will guide you through the stories, traditions, and craftsmanship behind what’s in your glass.
But Study Hall is more than a tasting—it’s hands-on. Every session includes the opportunity to build a cocktail yourself, giving you a deeper understanding of balance, technique, and flavor. Many events also feature interactive activities, themed elements, and occasional take-home items that bring the experience beyond the bar.
Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable night out, Study Hall blends education, hospitality, and celebration into one immersive evening.
