Fried Chicken & Oysters Supper Club
Join us at The Conway Room for Fried Chicken & Oysters, a five-course Supper Club celebrating two beloved classics through an elevated, indulgent lens.
This evening brings together the comfort of fried chicken and the coastal character of oysters, with thoughtful preparations, seasonal ingredients, bold sauces, and plenty of unexpected combinations along the way.
The menu moves from an oyster flight and fall-inspired salad into our signature take on fried chicken, served alongside smoked Gouda mac and cheese, fire-roasted poblano creamed corn, housemade sauces and oysters on the half shell with horseradish crème and caviar.
We'll finish with a rich Death by Chocolate Cake featuring milk chocolate ganache, espresso-dark chocolate crumb and smoked Maldon salt.
Come hungry. Stay for the oysters, fried chicken, and everything in between.

When flash photography is needed, we’ll keep it away from active dining and cocktail class moments whenever possible.

Supper Club is an immersive dining experience designed to bring people together through thoughtful hospitality, storytelling, and exceptional food. Each event is centered around a unique theme—drawing inspiration from cultural traditions, seasonal ingredients, historic cuisines, or celebratory gatherings—and brought to life through a carefully curated multi-course menu.
Throughout the evening, guests are guided through a paced dining experience where every course is intentionally crafted to encourage conversation, connection, and discovery. Menus are designed by our culinary team to balance refined technique with comfort, creativity, and a strong sense of place and occasion.
To further enhance the experience, each Supper Club offers an optional beverage pairing curated specifically for the menu, with thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic pairings also available.
Set within the warm and intimate atmosphere of The Conway Room, Supper Club is more than just dinner—it’s an evening meant for lingering at the table, sharing stories, and creating memorable experiences with every course.
