Supper Club is an immersive dining experience designed to bring people together through thoughtful hospitality, storytelling, and exceptional food. Each event is centered around a unique theme—drawing inspiration from cultural traditions, seasonal ingredients, historic cuisines, or celebratory gatherings—and brought to life through a carefully curated multi-course menu.
Throughout the evening, guests are guided through a paced dining experience where every course is intentionally crafted to encourage conversation, connection, and discovery. Menus are designed by our culinary team to balance refined technique with comfort, creativity, and a strong sense of place and occasion.
To further enhance the experience, each Supper Club offers an optional beverage pairing curated specifically for the menu, with thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic pairings also available.
Set within the warm and intimate atmosphere of The Conway Room, Supper Club is more than just dinner—it’s an evening meant for lingering at the table, sharing stories, and creating memorable experiences with every course.
